BJJ & MUTAI

The BJJ / Muay Thai program at Master Reza Taekwondo Academy focuses on ground control, clinch work, and powerful striking techniques in a structured and controlled training environment. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) emphasizes leverage, positioning, and submission techniques, allowing students to control opponents effectively regardless of size.

Mutai, known as the art of eight limbs, incorporates punches, kicks, elbows, and knees to develop strong, efficient striking. This combination creates a well-rounded training system that enhances both technical skill and physical conditioning. As with all programs, the focus is on discipline, control, and technical understanding rather than aggression.
